The Vadalarm Premium monthly subscription gives you access to an exclusive group of customers. We created this to offer special attention to our priority clients. In the initial phase, we can serve a maximum of 100 customers, precisely so that if you subscribe, you can truly receive the utmost care. Subscription fee: 6 EUR+VAT/month
For Vadalarm Premium subscribers, shipping for webshop orders is free. So, if you think about it, the subscription fee pays for itself with your first order. Of course, the replacement products and extended warranties make it worth staying long-term (especially if you catch an exciting monthly offer!)
Servicing is the toughest part for a manufacturer. That’s why we don’t promise instant repairs for faulty products. However, with a Vadalarm Premium membership, you won’t have to leave your areas unprotected during the service period. We’ll provide functionally equivalent product(s) for the duration!
The legally guaranteed 14-day trial period isn’t always enough to test a product. For example, if you receive it just before leaving home for a week. In such cases, an extended return guarantee can provide great peace of mind.
If you’re not a Vadalarm Premium member, you’d either have to wait a long time or buy a lot to get discounts. However, our Premium members receive special monthly promotions, so you don’t have to wait until Christmas for the best deals!
If you have any problem with the product-what you ordered from us-, you can send it back to us in 14 days. Above in the menu you can read about our return policy particularly.
If you order a simpler package on the morning of a working day, there is a good chance that you will receive it in 3 days!
Repairability is valuable to us. If you encounter any issues with any of our products, our service colleagues and developers will definitely be able to repair the product.

The subscription is currently available as a monthly package. Your membership starts on the day you join, and the next monthly fee will be automatically deducted on the same day each month. Your membership remains active until the same day of the month following your last successful transaction. We cannot refund the monthly fee after it has been charged, so even if you cancel after payment, your subscription remains valid until the next renewal date.
Since subscription cancellations are still handled manually, we kindly ask you to notify us of your cancellation request via email at info@vadalarm.hu. Our colleagues don’t require an explanation for your cancellation, but we’d appreciate any constructive feedback.
The benefits tied to your purchases will, in most cases, be automatically applied by our website. If this feature doesn’t work, you’ll receive a dedicated coupon code for each benefit you’d like to use. Extras related to warranties and other services will be automatically considered by our colleagues.
According to our current plans, price changes will occur at the beginning of the year, adjusted for inflation and in line with our Terms and Conditions. We will, of course, notify you in advance via email about any price changes, and you’ll always have the option to cancel your subscription.
Our subscription system is still a very new development, so there’s no option for an annual fee yet. However, if we introduce such a package, we’ll definitely let you know.
